history of the well
The Well Coffeehouse opened in the Spring of 2011 hosting Christian outreach programs twice a week produced by Lifetree Café. In February of 2013 a singles ministry started with a band on the 1st Saturday and karaoke on the 3rd Saturday. By June of 2013 there were live Christian bands every Saturday night and were open to everyone. In December of 2013 live Christian music was added every Friday night. By May of 2014 live Christian music was added every Tuesday night.
In June 2014 The Well became a Virginia non-stock corporation governed by a Board of Directors and in August 2014 The Well was granted 501(c)3 non-profit status by the IRS.
In July of 2020 the Well opened a resale store in the adjoining space which was able to stay open during Covid and helped with expenses when the coffeehouse needed to be closed.
Over the years Bible studies were being added and projects were organized to assist other outreach organizations and churches.
In January of 2023 The Well Ministries was formed to encompass all of the activities that were taking place at the Well.
Two separate entities were created under the Well Ministries in May of 2025; The Well Coffeehouse which has continued operating the same as it had been and the new global TWC Network a 24/7 VOD and AOD Christian program platform.

Our management team is diverse in their backgrounds and experience but all are Bible believing Christians who have a passion for sharing the gospel with all people, in all walks of life no matter what their circumstances may be.
Chuck Endicott
President and Director
After completing a two year course in Industrial Electronics Chuck worked for the US Coast Guard maintaining LORAN navigation systems. He then spent 8 years in the US Air Force as a crypto technician and is a Vietnam veteran. He earned a B.S. degree in Marketing and Management from Barry University while working full time. Chuck retired after 30 years in the high tech corporate world and during the last 10 years of his career he traveled extensively managing products sold around the world. Chuck has been in ministry for over 13 years and is an Ordained Minister. He and his wife Joyce have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
Kimberly Hughes
Sales Manager and Media Host
Kimberly is also a Christian radio program host and content writer for WPMH, The Truth Norfolk. She published the children's book "Did You Know God Created You?" in 2020 with WestBow Press under the pen name Kimberly Christensen, earned a certificate in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University, a M.A. in Journalism from Regent University in 1999, a B.A. in Mass Communications from Virginia Wesleyan College in 1994. She has taken many classes as an audit student at Faith Bible College in Norfolk, VA and is a licensed Realtor.
Colleen Dick
Director
Colleen Dick serves as station manager and program director for WPMH radio, The Truth Norfolk, overseeing daily operations, content scheduling, and marketing for the Chesapeake-Portsmouth Broadcasting group. With more than 20 years of experience in programming and broadcast operations, she oversees daily station operations, content scheduling, and marketing while working with broadcasters and ministry partners to deliver community-focused religious programming.
Christina Lunde
Director
Christina serves as a Discipleship Team Coordinator, Celebrate Recovery Leader, and Mentor with Hope Center Ministries. She has also led GriefShare groups and is a Certified Christian Life Coach. Christina is the author of several books, including Color Your Cross: A Coloring Book to Journal, Pray, and Memorize Scripture. She's a singer-songwriter and has independently produced over 20 songs. She's also a licensed Realtor. Christina and her husband, Nathan, have been married for 23 years and enjoy spending time with their daughter, exploring the outdoors, caring for their dogs, and encouraging others in their faith and music.
Caroline Barnes
Education Coordinator
Caroline and hubby Pastor Rabbit (David) have been involved in multiple local and national ministries since they met in the Navy during the Jesus Revolution years. Caroline was a Navy Nurse and Rabbit was a patient.
They're both are involved in planning and teaching a variety of Discipleship classes at the Well such as Biblical Citizenship, Financial Peace University and Virtual Bible tours of the Holy Lands. They're also busy at their local church. Rabbit is in charge of Pastoral Care and Caroline plans Discipleship activities. They have 4 children and 4 grandchildren.
Chris Evans
Administrative Manager
Chris served as Program Coodinator and Christian Historian at the Foundation for American Christian Education. She has been politically active in public policy in conservative and social issues for 35 years. Chris has spent 30 years researching and studying Christian history specializing in the providential history of America and the Virginia Colony. She leads tours to the First Landing site and the historic district specializing in tours to Jamestown. Chris recently published her first book Odyssey of Faith, the Virginia Colony, Jamestown and You, with accompanying coloring book and teacher guide.
